In alignment with the vision of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 to provide structured, accessible, and personalized career guidance, the Ministry of Education, Government of India, along with NCERT and CBSE, has introduced two prominent digital initiatives. These platforms are designed to help students map their academic and professional journeys effectively based on their intrinsic strengths and aptitudes. All students are strongly encouraged to explore and utilize these official applications to make informed decisions about their future career choices.
ACTION REQUIRED BY STUDENTS AND PARENTS
1. Download & Register: Download the My Career Advisor app on your mobile device. Complete the registration to create your customized student profile.
2. Take Assessments: Complete the psychometric self-review and aptitude assessments provided within both applications to map out your core interests.
3. Review: Save or export your self-review reports and share them with your parents and class incharge to streamline your future academic paths.

Tamanna App
Developed jointly by NCERT and CBSE, Tamanna is a specialized aptitude test framework aimed at identifying a student's core potential. Evaluates specific natural abilities across distinct sub-tests (such as Language Aptitude, Abstract Reasoning, Verbal Reasoning, and Numerical Aptitude). It enables students to verify their orientation before selecting subject streams.
